Orders are prepared and shipped by us so that you receive your purchases at home as quickly as possible. Packages are sent according to your choice by Colissimo with tracking and delivered to your home without signature, or delivered to a pick-up point.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with the tracking number as soon as possible so that you can track the delivery of your order online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage.

To reduce shipping costs, we strongly recommend that you group your orders into a single order.

Home delivery via Colissimo with tracking within 48 hours (from the date of shipment): €7.50 including tax

Delivery to a Relay point within 3 to 5 business days (from the date of shipment): €5.50 including tax. For delivery to a pick-up point, the prices indicated include delivery of parcels against signature and notification by email, SMS, or voicemail as soon as the parcel is available at the pick-up point.

Shipping is free for purchases over €80 (mainland France and Corsica only).

Overseas (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, French Guiana, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, French Southern and Antarctic Lands)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How to proceed?

Prepare your return. Find your invoice in your customer account. Section “Order history & details.” Products returned damaged, incomplete, soiled, or without their original packaging will not be accepted, exchanged, or refunded. Beyond the 14-day period from delivery, goods will not be taken back, exchanged, or refunded.

Generate your return slip

You can generate your return slip directly via your customer account, under the “Colissimo Returns” section. Select your order reference and click on “Generate.” Follow the instructions to drop off your return package at a La Poste location.

Request for credit note or exchange

To obtain a credit note or exchange, please fill out the form available for download here and include it in your return package within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is free. Please visit the page 

If you request a credit note, once your products have been received by our teams, you will receive an email with a credit note for the amount of the returned item in the form of a promo code.

This promo code is strictly personal, cannot be transferred, and is valid for one year after the date of issue on the website www.coureurdudimanche.com.

In the case of an exchange, it will be processed as quickly as possible, depending on the availability of the requested products, within a maximum of 30 days following receipt of the items initially ordered. If the items are unavailable, we will contact you to keep you informed.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of products bought on the Website, with the exception of personalized products, within 14 days of receiving the products.

You must indicate your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting Coureur Du Dimanche by email: bonjour@coureurdudimanche.com or by post: Coureur Du Dimanche, 32 Bis Quai Arloing, 69009 Lyon, France.

To do so, you can use the form available for download here or by means of an unambiguous statement. A return fee of €7.50 applies and will be deducted directly from the refund amount.

You then have 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal request to send us your items, at your expense, to the following address: Coureur Du Dimanche, 32 Bis Quai Arloing, 69009 Lyon

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received, except for delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

Non-compliant or damaged product

If you receive a non-compliant or damaged product, please notify us by mail: 32 Bis Quai Arloing, 69009 Lyon, France, or by email: sav@coureurdudimanche.com, describing the problem encountered.

Our teams will then contact you so that you can return the product in question at no cost.

We undertake to send you a new product within 7 days. If the items are unavailable, we will contact you to keep you informed.

Would you like to make a second return?

You can send us a second return. In this case, you will be responsible for the return and reshipment costs.
